Top-Hat-Sec, LLC reserves the right to refuse returns.
Currently the majority of our content is digital so once you have been given an email with a link to the content, we will not be able to refund your order.
Once non-digital items are shipped, we are not able to cancel or accept a return on the item unless there is a proven defect.
It is up to the buyer to prove the defect.
